Which currency will I be billed in?
Customers in Nigeria are billed in Naira (₦) and everyone else in US dollars ($). Naira prices have 7.5% VAT added at checkout; the price shown is before VAT.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing from the dashboard at any time.
What counts as a response or an event?
A response is one completed (or partially completed) survey submission. An event is a custom event your app sends to 1Sygnal to trigger or target surveys.
What's included in Enterprise?
